SPRING INTO ACTION
It’s a perfect time of year to up your animism. Even western, urban humans can feel something of the energy of plants in spring so no better time to exercise the muscle of reciprocity, to admire, to listen, to acknowledge and to thank. Maybe commit to a daily/ weekly nature practice, no phone, twenty minutes a day. Maybe pick one tree or spot to feel into, to connect with, over and over again. As long as you feel welcomed to, of course. Maybe start a physical offering practice, a pinch of polenta to every plant or spot that grabs you attention. You’re not just committing to regaining a long lost sense of BElonging, but to living in a larger, more enlivened world.
